We're all in this together to create a welcoming environment. Treat everyone with respect. Healthy debates are natural, but kindness is required. If the communication is not constructive or does not offer positive value, it will be removed. - No Sharing Pricing
Discussing the process of pricing is educational. Sharing fees and pricing are forbidden. Communications will cease and desist or be removed due to federal guidelines for Associations. - Be respectful of the WIA and vendors
Group participants will not advertise products or services in direct competition with the WIA. All members agree to keep all communications professional in nature and be respectful of each other as well as the WIA. Disrespectful communication will not be tolerated, and the offender will first be warned and then will be removed if the behavior continues.Posts on social sites will be managed by the WIA and can be removed if deemed to be not respectful of the WIA, our associate vendors or other members. - No Hate Speech, Bullying or Political Commentary
Make sure everyone feels safe. Bullying of any kind isn't allowed, and degrading comments about things like race, religion, culture, sexual orientation, gender or identity will not be tolerated. Bullying, belittling and gossiping about the WIA as an organization, its members or processes will not be tolerated. No discussion of politics or religion is allowed. - Respect Everyone's Privacy
Being part of this group requires mutual trust. Authentic, expressive discussions make groups great, but may also be sensitive and private. What's shared in the group should stay in the group.
This is an association wide conduct policy, and anyone found to violate this policy is subject to exclusion from the association, its events and/or its benefits indefinitely. Serial offenders will be removed from the association membership at the discretion of the WIA Board of Directors.
